As a Sales Executive, you will cultivate and manage relationships with Wealth Managers, Family Offices, and UHNW clients. This role requires a strong understanding of their unique needs, with a focus on philanthropic and charitable giving strategies. The ideal candidate brings expertise in philanthropic planning and excels at delivering customized solutions that align with clients’ financial objectives, values, and lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Drive client acquisition by targeting and securing new Wealth Management firms, Family Offices, and UHNW clients, while building lasting relationships that ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives, informed by market research and competitive insights
- Deliver customized solutions, including investment management, estate planning, philanthropy, and lifestyle advisory, tailored to client needs
- Provide guidance on charitable giving strategies such as foundations, donor-advised funds, and other philanthropic vehicles
- Expand business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and referrals within the wealth management community
- Educate clients on available services to support confident financial decision-making
- Maintain strict compliance with regulatory standards and proactively manage risks in client engagements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CFA, CFP, CAP) preferred
- 7 years of sales, business development, or relationship management experience, ideally in financial or philanthropic services with Family Offices and UHNW clients
- Proven success in cultivating and maintaining high-net-worth client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with strategic problem-solving ability
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of philanthropic planning and charitable giving strategies
- Professional, client-focused, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Compensation
- Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
