Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care and support to residents
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ADLs
- Document care provided and report any changes in condition
- Support residents in maintaining dignity, comfort, and safety
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
- Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
- Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality care
- Previous long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
