Garden Park Care Center is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Director to lead our environmental services team and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.

- Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations
- Supervise, schedule, and train housekeeping staff
- Ensure all resident rooms and common areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and infection control guidelines
- Manage department supplies, inventory, and budgeting
- Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain quality standards
- Partner with leadership to support a positive resident experience
- Prior housekeeping/environmental services leadership experience (healthcare or LTC preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Knowledge of infection control and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
