Responsibilities
- Oversee and support Business Office Managers at CareCore Health facilities in the state of Ohio.
- Ensure accurate billing, collections, accounts receivable management, census reporting, and resident trust accounting.
- Conduct training, audits, and ongoing performance evaluations to ensure standardization and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with facility leadership and regional teams to meet financial and operational targets.
- Monitor compliance with all federal, state, and company policies and regulations.
- Serve as a liaison between facility offices and the corporate team.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Office Manager in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
- Experience overseeing multiple sites or working in a regional capacity.
- Strong proven knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private-Pay billing procedures required.
- Strong Understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to our Ohio Facilities as required.
