Requirements:
- Active LPN license in Ohio
- Reliable transportation
- Complete resident assessments and ensure compliance with state/federal care standards
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Support and train on Resident Rights, Infection Control, and Pharmacy processes
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care
