In this key leadership role, you will oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations while ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, infection prevention, and resident satisfaction throughout the facility.

- Lead, train, schedule, and support the Housekeeping and Laundry teams.
- Ensure resident rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Develop cleaning schedules and quality assurance processes.
- Manage department staffing, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and budget management.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and infection control regulations.
- Prepare for and participate in state surveys.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture while maintaining exceptional customer service for residents, families, and staff.
- Previous housekeeping leadership experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or skilled nursing setting required.
- Supervisory or management experience required.
- Knowledge of infection prevention and environmental services best practices.
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and departmental budgeting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work alongside the team as needed.
