- Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly
- Serve meals to residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas
- Wash dishes and kitchen equipment
- Stock supplies and assist with food storage
- Follow all food safety and infection control procedures
- Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure excellent resident service
- Previous dietary or food service experience is preferred but not required
- Long-term care or healthcare experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
