CareCore at Gaymont is seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the clinical leadership team at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Norwalk, Ohio.

- Assist the DON in overseeing daily nursing operations
- Support staff development, training, and performance management
- Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in infection control, QA, and clinical audits
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and coverage as needed
- Provide guidance and support to RNs, LPNs, and STNAs
- Step in for the DON in their absence
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio
- Previous leadership experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong understanding of LTC regulations and survey process
- Experience with PointClickCare preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills
