CareCore at Mary Scott is a skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing quality care in a supportive environment. We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts to join our team. If you are compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference, we want to meet you!

Our shift times are 7-7.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and document resident conditions
• Support individualized care plans with the care team
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Current and valid LPN license (Ohio)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
