Are you an experienced and dedicated nursing leader looking to make a meaningful impact? CareCore at Westmoreland, a 150-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing to oversee all clinical operations and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility (or equivalent leadership experience).
Clinical Expertise: Strong clinical skills with the ability to make decisive decisions in critical situations.
Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with residents, families, physicians, staff, and leadership.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities.
Education & Licensing: Current RN Licensure in the state of Ohio is required.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining the highest standards of resident care.
Develop, implement, and oversee programs to recruit, retain, and educate nursing staff.
Set and monitor nursing service objectives and performance standards.
Track clinical outcomes, identify areas for quality improvement, and implement corrective action plans.
Conduct competency evaluations and performance reviews while participating in facility-wide performance improvement initiatives.
