Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Long-term care experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing activity programs that support the functional levels, interests, and needs of each guest
Escort guests to and from scheduled activities and outings
Foster positive relationships with guests and their families and encourage family involvement in activities
Accurately document guest attendance and participation in individual and group activities in a timely manner
Support guests in maintaining individual routines, preferences, and choices
