- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Assist in implementing activity programs that support the functional levels, interests, and needs of each guest
- Escort guests to and from scheduled activities and outings
- Foster positive relationships with guests and their families and encourage family involvement in activities
- Accurately document guest attendance and participation in individual and group activities in a timely manner
- Support guests in maintaining individual routines, preferences, and choices
