Located in the beautiful Montgomery area of Cincinnati, CareCore at Montgomery is a center of tranquility and quality care. We are currently seeking an Admissions and Marketing Director to join our successful team in overseeing the facility and driving business. Qualifications:
- Established professional contacts with area doctors and hospitals.
- Proven experience in admissions within a healthcare setting, specifically in LTC or SNF.
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales/marketing skills.
- Bachelors Degree prefferred but not required.
Job Duties Include:
- Leveraging extensive marketing skills to represent CareCore at Montgomery in the healthcare arena.
- Driving census growth through targeted strategies.
- Managing admission processes and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Conducting tours for potential residents in collaboration with the Admission Coordinator.
- Handling and addressing referrals effectively.
- Engaging in community outreach initiatives.
- Assisting in the development and execution of quarterly and annual marketing plans.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) is required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
