What You'll Do
As an RBT, you'll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Lead Technicians, and caregivers to deliver consistent, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy techniques 1:1 or in small groups to build functional and social skills.
- Collect and record accurate behavioral data to measure progress.
- Support parents and caregivers in following individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with Behavior Analysts and teammates to review and refine client goals.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and organized environment for every session.
- Participate in ongoing supervision and training to enhance your professional growth.
- RBT Certification (required).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during sessions.
- CPR Certification and background check required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with children (classroom, camp, or ABA setting).
- Familiarity with ABA principles and data collection.
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
