**Qualifications:**

- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) is a plus.
- Previous experience in a caregiving or home care setting preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude towards clients and their families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
