What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Nurse Practitioner (Behavioral Health) position at CareConnect Health?

We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner for our outpatient Behavioral Health office. Experience in Behavioral Health is required. Office hours are Monday- Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
