We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our practice. This role offers an extremely competitive pay and benefits package within a supportive clinical environment.

· Office hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Care: Deliver primary care for patients across the lifespan, including health assessments, diagnosis, and management of both acute and chronic conditions.
- Clinical Decision-Making: Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests; prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with the NP scope of practice.
- Preventive Health: Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and preventive care plans, including immunizations, screenings, and patient education.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records within the EHR, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Patient Advocacy: Promote health literacy and empower patients and their families to manage their long-term health and wellness.
