NOW HIRING! HOME HEALTH AIDES (HHA) ~ WORK INDEPENDENTLY · 1-to-1 IN-HOME PATIENT CARE

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform home visits for patients in a home care setting as delegated by the care-managing RN
- Observes, records, and coordinates care with multi-disciplines regarding the patient's treatment and any change in condition
- Provides compassionate, patient-centered personal care including bathing/showering, washing hair, nails, continence care, etc. May also perform light housekeeping duties just as fixing a light meal, changing linen/making bed, empty trash, etc.
PAID ORIENTATION · FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES · PROFESSIONAL GROWTH · PAID MILEAGE BETWEEN VISITS
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current certification as a CNA in Connecticut REQUIRED
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and willing to travel in New London County
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Home health experience preferred
