Location: Berlin, Connecticut
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
Role Overview
As a Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating caregiver schedules and ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality care. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Scheduling caregivers for client shifts and ensuring proper coverage
- Communicating with caregivers and clients regarding schedules and changes
- Handling last-minute adjustments and solving scheduling challenges
- Maintaining accurate records and updates within scheduling systems
- Supporting overall office operations as needed
