Key Responsibilities
• Care Coverage: Provide timely, professional care coverage when needed, ensuring clients receive continuous support.
• Client Outreach: Act as a CareCo ambassador by introducing our services to new clients and maintaining effective communication.
• Adaptability: Assist with scheduling adjustments and adapt to changing needs to deliver exceptional care.
What We Are Looking For
• Compassion and kindness with a genuine commitment to quality care
• Prior experience in PCA or CNA roles within in-home care settings
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow care plans
• Flexibility to adjust schedules and work weekends as needed
• Professional communication skills and a positive attitude
Requirements
• Valid CNA certification
• Two forms of valid identification
• Smartphone for scheduling and payroll
• Attendance at a mandatory, paid in-person orientation
