Key Responsibilities
- Care Coverage: Provide timely, professional care coverage when needed, ensuring clients receive continuous support.
- Client Outreach: Act as a CareCo ambassador by introducing our services to new clients and maintaining effective communication.
- Adaptability: Assist with scheduling adjustments and adapt to changing needs to deliver exceptional care.
- Compassion and kindness with a genuine commitment to quality care
- Prior experience in PCA or CNA roles within in-home care settings
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow care plans
- Flexibility to adjust schedules and work weekends as needed
- Professional communication skills and a positive attitude
- Valid CNA certification
- Two forms of valid identification
- Smartphone for scheduling and payroll
- Attendance at a mandatory, paid in-person orientation
