CareBuilders at Home is seeking a high-performing, growth-driven Business Development & Sales Professional to aggressively expand our presence and client census throughout Bucks County. What You’ll Do
Business Development & Sales
- Prospect, develop, and close new referral relationships that drive consistent client admissions
- Own a defined Bucks County territory with clear monthly and quarterly growth targets
- Execute strategic sales plans focused on referral conversion and census growth
Referral & Community Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, physicians, senior centers, VA programs, assisted living communities, and other key referral sources
- Become a trusted, go-to partner for families and professionals navigating home care
Brand Representation & Outreach
- Serve as a visible ambassador for CareBuilders at Home at networking events, health fairs, and community meetings
- Increase brand awareness and market share through consistent, professional outreach
Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Track leads, referral activity, admissions, and conversions
- Provide regular performance updates tied to growth goals and ROI
Collaboration & Growth Strategy
- Partner closely with leadership and operations to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and improve conversion
- Contribute ideas and programs that respond to market demand and community needs
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in home care, healthcare, or a relationship-driven service industry
- Strong closing skills with the ability to build trust quickly and maintain long-term partnerships

- Organized, disciplined, and comfortable managing a full sales pipeline
- Professional communicator with strong presentation and follow-up skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally within Bucks County
- Knowledge of home care, healthcare referrals, or senior services is a strong plus
