Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Care & Staffing Coordinator. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and the efficient scheduling of our caregivers to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate & Schedule: Manage caregiver rotations to ensure 100% coverage and client satisfaction.
- Communicate: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and caregivers regarding schedule changes or emergencies.
- Recruit & Onboard: Help us grow our local "dream team" by assisting with hiring and training.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital files, client preferences, and visit verifications.
- Administrative Support: Manage payroll reviews, office supplies, and phone inquiries with a professional, friendly touch.
- Collaborate: Work directly with management to build our local office policies from the ground up.
- Previous experience in scheduling, staffing, or office management (Healthcare/Home Care experience is a huge plus!).
- The "Startup Mentality": You are comfortable with the fast pace of a new office and love taking initiative.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- People First: Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, customer-focused attitude.
- Competitive Pay: $22–$25 per hour with Weekly Pay based on experience.
