The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for providing nursing staffing and support for CNO functions for the facility. This position provides support as an assisting member of the nursing leadership team and the CNO and working to ensure safe/adequate staffing on each unit.
STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
THE ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS ARE CATEGORIZED UNDER THEJCAHO STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE.
- Provide daily staffing of RN’s, LVN’s and MHT’s
- Process PTO requests and ensure coverage for employees taking PTO.
- Process call ins/absences and ensure coverage.
- Ensure training/orientation of nursing staff is current.
- Produce daily staffing sheets and store past daily sheets.
- Prepare daily staffing FTE report for CEO, CFO, and CNO.
- Review time sheets daily and make corrections as needed for Payroll.
- Review staffing with CNO to ensure adherence to staffing and safety.
Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:
- Education: High School Degree or equivalent preferred; or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred
- Experience: Two (2) years of related experience, with a knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques with understanding of mental illness, preferred.
- Additional Skill Requirements: Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested.

Compensation:
This is a fulltime role, and the expected compensation range is $26.00-$31.00. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Staffing Coordinator!
