CareArc is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join our Finance Team. The Accounting Clerk performs a range of routine accounting activities focusing mainly on accounts payable, and general ledger analysis to ensure complete and accurate financial reports.
Primary Functions
- Ensure timely and accurate processing, posting, and recording of all relevant financial transactions or information as assigned (A/P, general ledger, cash management, and financial reporting).
- Maintains all functions of Accounts Payable Electronic Routing System.
- Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Answers all vendor inquiries.
- Assists in monthly closings.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree - Preferred, Field of Study: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and other software tools
- Accounts Payable experience
