We are seeking a full-time Clinical Scheduling Coordinator to join our Team This position is responsible for master scheduling on the open shifts calendar, handling scheduling changes from clients and clinicians and healthcare professionals, coordinating time off requests, maintaining weekly hourly goals set by manager, and making sure that our seniors have the support they need to continue living independently. Wage Range: $24 - $30/hour
Location: 2042 Wooddale Dr, Woodbury, MN 55125
Hours: Standard Business Hours (Monday - Friday)

Job Duties:
- Schedule all shifts using CareAparent software
- Maintain and update client schedules using authorizations and assessment information with an emphasis on creating high quality matches
- Answer and respond appropriately to phone calls related to client care, scheduling, and shifts, serving as daily point of contact
- Perform schedule adjustments as needed based on daily calendar activity
- Communicate daily schedule changes to clients, caregivers, and/or clinicians
- Recognize and capture opportunities to increase service hours utilization in scenarios to enhance and/or increase the quality of care
- Report weekly scheduling, employee performance, and shift completion data
- Communicate and reinforce CareAparent policies and procedures
- Adhere to company policies and standards for resolving consumer concerns
- Some weekend, after hours, and holiday on-call duties, as needed
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of three (2) years of customer service experience, with minimum of one (1) year of healthcare experience preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Management experience preferred
- Communication skills (in-person/phone)
- High organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to navigate and use technology
