What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales and Community Liaison Position position at Care With Love?
The Sales and Community Liaison position is responsible for general lead operations and networking within the greater community. The position is the pivotal link for community awareness and events and is responsible for coordinating all marketing schedules and events.
Main Objective is to build relationships with the community and get business/referrals: both personal care and skilled care.
Job description and tasks include but not limited to:
Marketing Strategy
· Present a market strategy to follow/cover the area
· Compile a database for the potential sources of revenue along with contacts and keep updating
Visits/Market:
· Extend the name Care with Love to all potential sources of business in Winchester, Berryville, Front Royal, West Loudoun and surrounding areas as per business needs
· Marketing visits includes but not limited to: ALs, Rehabs, hospitals, hospice, communities 55 , Dr offices, pharmacies as well as the community; churches, senior centers, local businesses
· Explore new sources of business
· Lead events in communities like presentations to residents and their families for bonding purposes and promoting our services
Community Events:
· Attend community events - this may be in some evenings and weekends
· Meet
marketers from other businesses
Marketing Campaigns: Digital or Direct Mailing
· Post on FB/social media as needed
· Direct mail for potential communities
· Design simple ads/brochure to circulate
Assessments for Personal Care Clients:
· Meet potential clients at their place of living to represent CWL and sign service agreements
In this position, it is required to have a broader scope for the business according to the business needs. Also, involvement in operations to synchronize efforts between marketing and operations.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
