We are seeking a dedicated Concierge Specialist (Drive/Support Services) to join our team. This role involves providing safe, reliable, and courteous services for senior citizen clients requiring personal assistance. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by ensuring their needs are met efficiently and compassionately. This role is a 1099 independent contractor, and receives compensation for your time and eligible for applicable gratuities.
Responsibilities
- Accompany clients safely to and from appointments or activities.
- Provide direct services like shopping, errands, pharmacy pickups.
- Provide personal services and assistance as requested.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of vehicles to ensure safety and comfort.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during duties.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate schedules and address any concerns or special needs.
- Assist with heavy lifting when necessary, such as loading or unloading mobility aids or luggage.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance reports as required.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Completion of required background check.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills with a compassionate approach toward clients requiring personal service.
- Your own reliable transportation to commute to various work locations as needed.
- Must have auto liability and appropriate coverage of insurance.
This position is vital in supporting our community by providing dependable services tailored to the needs of our clients requiring personal assistance.
Personal Autos must pass safety inspection.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
