At Care and Rehab – Boscobel, we pride ourselves on having happy residents, families AND staff. The Nurse is a vital role on our health care team. The right candidate will have the following skills:
- Displays competency in the RN/LPN role;
- Has excellent communication skills, written and verbal, for interacting with residents, families, physicians and staff. Also for documentation.
- Must be reliable, engaged and efficient.
- Completes med pass and treatments.
- Supervises C.N.A. staff.
- Updates physicians and families.
- Reports to the DON, must attend staff meetings and follow/respect all policies.
- Provide a safe, comfortable home environment to all residents.
- Provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration.
- Observe and manage acute changes in condition.
