Health Unit Coordinator/Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary
As a HUC/CNA, you'll be an essential part of our nursing department. You'll work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing to:
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges while supporting patients and families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth communication and continuity of care.
- Assist with clerical activities and acquisition of materials needed for daily operations.
- Provide delegated direct patient care activities as assigned by the Registered Nurse.
- Manage nursing schedules: create and post schedules at least 2 weeks in advance, process requests for days off, replace call-ins, and track call-in details while preventing overtime.
- Preferred: Prior experience as both a Health Unit Coordinator and a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
