Early Intervention Supervisor
Position Summary

The Early Intervention Supervisor is a trained and qualified specialist in Early Intervention Services serving children from birth to age six and their families. The Early Intervention Supervisor provides leadership, supervision, quality assurance, and compliance oversight to Early Interventionists delivering Service Coordination and Family Training services. This position is responsible for monitoring service quality, ensuring adherence to OIDD, BabyNet, Medicaid, and agency requirements, supporting staff development, and promoting positive outcomes for children and families.

The Early Intervention Supervisor consults regularly with Early Interventionists to ensure quality services are provided in accordance with all applicable standards, regulations, and policies while communicating changes in procedures, requirements, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor Early Interventionists.
  • Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with OIDD and Early Intervention requirements.
  • Conduct monthly documentation reviews and family satisfaction monitoring.
  • Complete quarterly home visit observations and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure staff complete required training and professional development.
  • Review data reports, monitor service delivery, and support corrective action processes.
  • Coordinate service coverage during staff absences or vacancies.
  • Complete annual performance evaluations and support staff growth.
  • Partner with agency leadership to improve program quality and outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields or related area:
  • Social Work, Psychology, Sociology
  • Early Childhood Education or Special Education
  • Child Development, Family Studies, or Health-related field
  • Communication Disorders or Rehabilitative Counseling
  • In addition to the educational and experience requirements listed in the Early Intervention Services Provider Manual, all EI Supervisors must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in the field of Early Intervention

Salary : $57,000 - $60,000
