Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of early intervention specialists, providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellence in service delivery
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive early intervention programs aligned with best practices and regulatory standards
- Manage program operations including scheduling, documentation, compliance monitoring, and quality assurance processes
- Build strong relationships with families by offering guidance, support, and resources tailored to each child's unique developmental needs
- Collaborate with community agencies, healthcare providers, educators, and other stakeholders to coordinate services and expand program reach
- Oversee budgeting responsibilities, including resource allocation and tracking expenditures to ensure efficient program management
- Monitor behavioral health aspects within the program to support positive outcomes for children with diverse needs
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in the field of Early Intervention.
- Proven management experience supervising teams within social work, behavioral health.
- Demonstrated ability in program development and implementation for early childhood or developmental disability services
- Strong working knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families
- Excellent relationship management skills to foster partnerships with families, community organizations, and internal teams
- Administrative experience including documentation, reporting, budgeting, and compliance adherence
- Background in social work or related behavioral health fields is highly desirable
- Ability to lead change initiatives while maintaining a positive team environment
