Job Summary
C&L Cleaning Co. is seeking a dependable Part-Time Janitorial Floater to work across multiple client locations in the Cincinnati area.
This position has a consistent evening schedule of approximately 15 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours when coverage is needed. The floater will be trained at multiple client locations to provide reliable coverage for scheduled time off, call-offs, and other staffing needs.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday evenings
Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Complete janitorial cleaning according to each location's scope of work
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, and replace liners
- Restock soap, paper products, and other supplies
- Follow account-specific cleaning procedures
- Maintain assigned keys and building access responsibly
- Report supply needs or building concerns promptly
- Provide coverage at additional client locations when scheduled
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to learn the cleaning requirements of multiple locations
- Prior janitorial experience preferred
- Availability for occasional additional evening shifts when coverage is needed
