We are seeking an organized, proactive, and compassionate Administrative Assistant to support our clinical team in delivering exceptional care. In this role, you will help create a welcoming environment for patients, families, and visitors while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the hospice house. Responsibilities include administrative support, staffing and scheduling assistance, file management, and other operational duties that contribute to the high-quality care we provide.

- High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience as a medical secretary, administrative assistant, or related role in a fast-paced environment, preferably within healthcare.
- Demonstrated ability to manage communications and coordinate activities in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as healthcare-related systems and databases.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
