CARE Counseling Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to help lead our Nashua office.

At CARE, we specialize in root-cause therapy and EMDR, with a strong focus on helping clients achieve real, lasting change, not just short-term support.
What You’ll Do
- Provide supervision to a team of talented, early-career therapists
- Maintain a clinical caseload (approximately 15–20 client hours per week)
- Offer up to 8 hours of supervision weekly
- Collaborate with leadership in weekly meetings
- Support clinicians in delivering high-quality, outcome-driven care
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed mental health professional in New Hampshire (minimum 2 years post-licensure)
- Interest in becoming EMDR trained (training supported)
- Strong leadership, communication, and conceptualization skills
- Passion for helping both clients and clinicians grow
