This is a per diem position with a range of hours. The owner of the company has a strong handle on social media, ads, and SEO. We also already have a website developer. What we are needing is a local push to those in the area who would refer patients to us. We need someone to connect and maintain relationships with local PCP offices and psychiatric practices in the area. You do not need to have former knowledge or experience of TMS, but you must be willing to learn so that you can promote our services in a way that will be successful. This position will not have an in person office, but will be out in the field making the connections we are looking for. You would meet with the owner on a regular basis for check ins and to make sure the owner is actively involved in these relationships as well. Hours may vary significantly, but are flexible. You must be available during normal business hours so that you can connect with our local partners in real time. We are looking for someone with prior experience in social media, ads, SEO, and local marketing pushes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitors, and uncover new opportunities for outreach and growth.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to foster partnerships that support patient education and referral networks.
- Oversee budgeting for marketing initiatives ensuring efficient allocation of resources across digital and print advertising efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing disciplines such as SEO, content marketing, performance marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing platforms including Facebook Advertising and experience with advertising sales techniques.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML basics, and e-commerce platforms to create visually appealing content.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics to interpret data insights for campaign optimization.
- Excellent research skills combined with copywriting expertise to craft clear messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
- Experience in B2B (business-to-business) marketing environments is highly desirable.
