Care Manager seeking part-time professional to provide support to a 29 year old female in her home and on outings. Hours range from 10-30 per week depending on your availabilty and willingness to be flexible. Client has a very high IQ, lives independently with remote support and other support staff PRN. Client looking for a long-term support person who is outgoing, patient, willing to work in various settings including home and social settings.
