Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-Time | 2026–2027 School Year | School-BasedWe are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with behavioral and developmental needs in a school setting for the upcoming school year. The BCBA will design and oversee behavior support programming to help students access their education, build skills, and succeed across academic and social environments.Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), collecting and analyzing data to monitor student progress, training and supervising classroom staff and paraprofessionals on behavior strategies, collaborating with educators and special education teams, participating in IEP meetings and contributing behavioral goals, and maintaining accurate documentation while following confidentiality and professional standards.Qualifications include current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), a master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field, state licensure if required by the district, strong communication and professionalism, and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
