CardVault by Tom Brady is seeking an eCommerce Specialist to own and execute key aspects of our online business. This role sits at the intersection of merchandising, onsite experience, operations, and commercial performance.
This is a hands-on role for someone who has experience owning parts of an eCommerce business, but is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and doing the work. You will be responsible for both identifying what needs to be improved and executing against it across the full eCommerce funnel.
In addition to managing the website experience, this role will support critical business functions including pricing execution, promotions, product assortment, and operational processes such as fraud prevention and order flow. You will play a key role in ensuring the business runs efficiently day-to-day while continuously improving how customers experience and interact with the brand online.
This role is not limited to the frontend experience. Success requires a strong understanding of the operational and commercial levers that drive eCommerce performance.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
As an eCommerce Specialist, a typical day might include the following:
Site Merchandising & Product Management
- Managing product setup, organization, and categorization within Shopify
- Building and managing collections, sorting logic, and onsite merchandising strategy
- Continuously optimizing product pages (imagery, descriptions, structure, SEO basics)
- Identifying opportunities to improve product discovery, cross-sell, and conversion and executing implementation
- Collaborating with external SEO agency to enhance site performance
- Day-to-day management of the website experience, including homepage, collections, and landing pages
- Coordinating, briefing, and quality-checking creative assets, while also implementing updates directly within Shopify
- Translating campaigns and promotions into effective onsite experiences
- Monitoring user experience and identifying opportunities to improve site usability and performance
- Executing pricing updates, promotions, and weekly product launches
- Ensuring accuracy across the site and alignment with marketing channels
- Supporting testing of promotional strategies and evaluate performance
- Managing timelines and execution for key eCommerce initiatives using tools like Monday.com
- Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Inventory, Accounting, and Retail teams
- Collaborating with Marketing on email and SMS strategy to ensure brand alignment with onsite experience
- Ensuring consistency across onsite messaging, campaigns, and promotional calendars
- Contributing to process improvements and helping drive accountability across initiatives
- Supporting a growing eCommerce function with visibility across teams and leadership
- Other duties as assigned
This job might be for you if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet the following qualifications:
- 2-3 years of direct eCommerce experience with demonstrated ownership of key functional areas (e.g., site operations, merchandising, campaign execution)
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or a comparable eCommerce platform, with the ability to independently implement site updates and changes
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar platforms)
- Strong attention to detail across product data management, pricing accuracy, and overall site quality assurance
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently, and execute with a high degree of autonomy
- Solid understanding of merchandising principles, UX/UI fundamentals, and key conversion drivers
- Track record of contributing to business outcomes, with a sense of accountability and follow-through
- Demonstrated merchandising acumen and a keen eye for optimizing the onsite experience
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and support their implementation
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional, evolving business environment
- Working knowledge of sports, collectibles, and/or trading cards preferred
- Experience operating within inventory-constrained or high-demand product environments is a plus
- Exposure to SEO best practices, content development, and digital advertising is a plus
