What are the responsibilities and job description for the Journeyman Commercial Construction - Winter/Spring position at Cardoza Construction LLC?
We are looking for experienced tradesman who are interested in assisting our outstanding team with a local prevailing wage job right here in Springfield MO. These are temporary positions that run through the duration of the project - approximately December 2026 - May 2027. Further retainage may be a possibility for some if desired. Experience is required for this position.
If you have 2 years of experience in any of the following categories, you may be a good fit:
- Metal stud framing
- Production drywall hanging or finishing
- Acoustical ceiling grid and tile
- FRP/Inpro/Paneling
Required:
- Reliable transportation to and from job-site
- OSHA 10 certification
- Legal eligibility to work in the US
- Drug screening and background check may be preformed
Wage:
Journeyman wage $42 - $75 per hour. Rates will be determined by skill and performance.
