Position Summary
This position will drive and deliver in two strategically important areas of the firm's business:
Data Management – co-ordinating the firm's data strategy and partnering across the business to deliver data platforms and products that accelerate our growth, deliver for clients, enable the employee experience and support business compliance
Project Management Office – lead the firm's delivery of programs, projects and process excellence partnering across the Executive and Senior Leadership Team ensuring prioritized work efforts are delivered within budget, on time and to the agreed scope, with consistent and transparent methodologies and reporting
Operating with a deep understanding of organizational priorities, the VP proactively engages with executives to understand strategic OKR’s, clarify project objectives, resolve ambiguities, and escalate critical issues early. This role is pivotal in driving alignment between departments and CV entities, ensuring that project execution reflects broader company objectives.

The firms data should support scalable marketing and business development capabilities, employee experience, software application simplification/consolidation and simplify reporting
PMO – The Project Management Office should support cross-functional collaboration and delivery, on the prioritized and most impactful change efforts. These efforts will support client and revenue growth, efficiency, automation and product/capability development. The PMO would define and develop standard tools and reporting and integrate efforts across the Strategic Planning process

- Alignment with business goals, growth, products and competitive advantage
- Data Governance and Compliance - including policies and procedures for data, to ensure data quality and compliance with regulations
- Data Management – facilitate cross-functional efforts across the entire data lifecycle, ensuring data is accurate, complete and consistent
- Data Analytics and Insights – implementing and utilizing data analytics to uncover business insights, understand customer behavior and support data-informed decision making
- Data Quality and Security – establish business controls to maintain high-quality data and implementing security measures to protect data assets and prevent breaches
- Data Culture – fostering data literacy, so that employees can use data effectively in their roles
- Executive-led strategic priorities
- OKR’s and top of house KPI’s
- Existing major initiatives (Programs and Projects) in flight
- New Initiatives
- Develop, plan and have oversight of the PMO budget
- Construct and govern the Project Approval Process
- Enhance and maintain consistent and regular reporting across the portfolio
- Definitions of Program, Project and Departmental Initiative, as well as the “Definition of Done”
- Reporting cadence and hierarchy, ensuing executive communications are focused on what matters (Portfolio Health)
- PMO Steering Committee – regular review of progress across multi-dimensions including spend, delivery timelines, capacity planning, scope creep etc
- Cross-Functional collaboration expectations including how to partner with the PMO, as well as Roles and Responsibilities
- Redesign and communicate the optimum organizational model for the teams reporting into this role
- Attract, retain, coach and support the employees in the team and support fully the CV performance management best practices
- Maintain highly effective executive relationships across the firm to support the collaboration necessary for success in both the Data and Project Management areas
- Ambassador for the company Culture and Values

- Master’s Degree in a business-related field is preferred
- At least 10 years’ work experience covering both Data and Project Management responsibilities
