POSITION SUMMARY
The Principal Product Manager at Cardone Ventures is responsible for driving the successful
conception, prioritization, development, and internal adoption of capabilities across Hub and
Momentum within our proprietary AI powered software product stack. This role requires a
relentless focus on identifying high value opportunities, aligning stakeholders across every
department, and leveraging LLMs and advanced AI capabilities to accelerate product discovery,
decision making, and execution. The individual will serve as the primary product owner for Hub
and Momentum, partnering closely with engineering and internal business leaders to define
product direction, reduce ambiguity, and deliver strategic solutions across a complex internal
operating environment.

• Clear alignment is established across all departments around Hub and Momentum
priorities within the first six months, reducing reactive work and improving decision
velocity across the organization.
• Measurable internal adoption of Hub and Momentum is driven by delivering product
improvements that materially improve execution, visibility, and workflow efficiency for
internal teams.
• Time from idea to validated product direction is reduced by leveraging AI tools for
synthesis, prototyping, requirement refinement, and faster iteration cycles.
• This individual becomes the resident expert and evangelist for AI enabled product
management workflows that significantly increase product development velocity, clarity,
and output quality.
OBJECTIVES
• Define and own the short term feature roadmap (3 to 6 months) for Hub and Momentum,
ensuring alignment with company strategy, departmental business needs, and the highest
value opportunities across the organization.
• Ruthlessly identify and implement opportunities to integrate LLMs and AI native workflows
into the product function itself, driving efficiency in research, prioritization, documentation,
prototyping, and iteration.

workflows, lightweight prototypes, and decision ready product requirements that reduce
ambiguity for engineering and stakeholders.
• Manage the product backlog with a focus on speed, adoption, and business value,
balancing technical constraints, stakeholder feedback, internal operational needs, and
high impact innovation.
• Serve as the key bridge between the engineering team and internal stakeholders across
multiple departments, ensuring technical implementation meets business requirements
while driving alignment in a highly functional environment.
• Define and track key product metrics including adoption, usage, workflow efficiency,
feature impact, and ROI post launch, using data to inform the next iteration cycle.
COMPETENCIES
• Strong conceptual understanding of business operations and key performance drivers,
including how internal systems support execution, alignment, accountability, and adoption
across departments.
• Demonstrated proficiency in LLM prompt engineering, API usage across platforms such as
OpenAI and Anthropic, and a practical understanding of how to integrate AI tools into a
modern software stack and product operating model.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable, and
visually representable product specifications, workflows, and requirements.
• Strong technical fluency without requiring a software engineering background, including
the ability to understand APIs, request flows, data structures, system behavior, and
implementation tradeoffs well enough to reduce ambiguity before work reaches
engineering.
• High velocity execution and mastery of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban,
with a proven ability to drive products from concept to launch within tight deadlines while
managing stakeholder complexity and maintaining a strong bias toward demos,
prototypes, and outcomes over process.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex
technical and product decisions into clear, concise language for both executive leadership
and frontline teams.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and a fast paced, high growth environment where
priorities evolve quickly and results are expected with urgency.
• Strong bias toward ownership: this individual does not wait to be told what to do and
proactively identifies gaps, proposes solutions, and drives decisions forward.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• 5 or more years of product management experience with at least 2 years in a senior or
principal level role owning a product end to end.
• Demonstrated experience building or managing internal software products, platforms, or
tooling in a high growth environment.
• Hands on experience with LLMs, AI APIs, and prompt engineering in a product or business
context is required.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams in an Agile environment with strong
command of backlog management, sprint planning, and release cycles.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Primarily a desk based role with extended periods of computer work.
• Onsite role at the Cardone Ventures office with occasional travel to company events and
partner sites as needed.
