Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and A/B test landing pages for clients by understanding the client's page-builder stack (e.g., ClickFunnels, Unbounce, WordPress, HubSpot).
- Apply conversion best practices — messaging hierarchy, offer clarity, page speed, mobile experience — to every build.
- Run structured testing programs and translate results into specific, prioritized recommendations.
- Coach client marketing teams on conversion-focused design principles during virtual office hours.
- Maintain best practices of proven page patterns and share them across the client portfolio.
- 3 years building and optimizing landing pages, with a portfolio of measurable conversion improvements.
- Working knowledge of at least two major landing page/website platforms.
- Basic understanding of page speed, mobile responsiveness, and tracking pixel placement.
- Ability to explain design and copy decisions to clients in terms of business impact, not just aesthetics.
- Copywriting or UX background.
- Experience with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize successors, VWO, Unbounce native testing).
- Agency experience across multiple industries.

Salary : $72,000 - $98,000
