The Data & Tracking Specialist & Coach sets up tracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure for client accounts, and coaches client teams on how to read and act on their own reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client-facing dashboards and reports covering funnel performance, attribution, and ROI.
- Diagnose and resolve tracking discrepancies between platforms, CRM, and reported revenue for clients.
- Lead client sessions teaching stakeholders how to read dashboards and connect metrics to decisions.
- Simplify tracking setups and reporting framework based on clients key metrics
- 3 years in marketing analytics, tracking implementation, or a related technical marketing role.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and at least one BI/dashboard tool (Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.).
- Comfort with UTM governance, pixel/conversion API setup, and basic SQL or spreadsheet-level data manipulation.
- Ability to explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and without jargon.
- Experience with server-side tracking (CAPI, Server-Side GTM).
- Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models.
- Agency or multi-client consulting background.
