What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate the nursing associates to ensure efficient and effective resident care.
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans, with particular attention to wound care management and resident education.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with nursing standards, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies.
- Provide direct resident care as needed, including administering medications, treatments, and wound care procedures.
- Facilitate communication between residents, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Conduct associate training, performance evaluations, and support professional development initiatives.
- Manage documentation and reporting to ensure accuracy and confidentiality in resident records.

- Current, valid LPN state license
- A nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college or university
- Experience in a long-term living facility at plus, but not required
- Skilled at tackling numerous tasks and makes quick decisions
- Can foster good resident and family relationships
- Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment
- A passion for working with elderly residents in a caring, compassionate manner
