Job Responsibilities
Specific duties for this qualified medication aide health care position include:
As a QMA, you will be responsible for setting up and administering resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration, and may supervise CNAs as directed.

Job Requirements
We are looking for QMAs who have the heart to serve with a compassionate, engaged personality and a dedication to ensuring exceptional outcomes and a high degree of resident satisfaction. It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well with a diverse population.
Specific qualifications for this role include:
Successful completion of a state-approved training program in medication administration. At least one-year of experience as a CNA or QMA in a long-term care setting is preferred.
