Job Responsibilities

- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and family members regarding patient needs and changes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of New Jersey.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
- Additional certifications in specialized areas of patient care.
- Bilingual skills to communicate with a diverse resident population.
