About the Role:

Support the Credentialing Department in ensuring providers are properly credentialed with CIS, hospitals, and managed care organizations

Work from the Lafayette Southwest location, reporting directly to the Credentialing Coordinator

Play a key role in maintaining accurate provider records and meeting credentialing deadlines

Collaborate with internal teams, providers, and external partners to ensure smooth operations
How You’ll Drive Our Mission Forward:

Complete and follow up on credentialing applications with providers, hospitals, and insurance companies

Maintain and update credentialing databases (licenses, DEA/CDS, CVs, CME records)

Perform administrative tasks including data entry, scanning, filing, and document retrieval

Prepare reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other tools

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards

Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts

Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting strict deadlines

Provide support on urgent assignments as directed by the Credentialing Coordinator
