What are the responsibilities and job description for the Phone Operator position at Cardiovascular Institute of New England?
Responsibilities:
Answering and triaging calls for a very busy cardiology practice. Must be able to triage incoming calls, make appointments, reschedule appointments and provide excellent and professional service to our patients. Data entry using Athena EMR system a must. Must be reliable.
Requirements:
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Previous experience in the medical field preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
