Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA-C) – Outpatient Cardiology (Clinic Only) –
Locations: The Villages & Leesburg, FL
Citrus Cardiology Consultants, a proud partner of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), is seeking a patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding outpatient cardiology team in The Villages and Leesburg. Our practice is known for its collaborative culture, commitment to exceptional patient care, and strong APP–physician partnerships.
This is a 100% outpatient clinic role with no call, no weekends, and no hospital rounding. It’s an excellent opportunity for both experienced APPs and motivated new graduates who want to build a strong foundation in general cardiology within a supportive, well-established practice.
Position Highlights

Responsibilities
Conduct outpatient cardiac evaluations, follow-ups, and chronic disease management
Collaborate closely with cardiologists, APPs, and clinic staff to support high-quality patient care
Review diagnostic testing, manage medication adjustments, and participate in care plans
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic environment
Qualifications
Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active Florida license (or ability to obtain one)
Strong interest in cardiology; comfort learning in a high-volume clinic setting
Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient relationship skills
